When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out between 1-3 business days. Holidays you should expect 7-10 business days. If any changes are made in our shipping times due to delays we will keep always customers informed.

 

I placed an order and I don’t think it went through because the funds are still available in my bank account, but it said confirmed on your site?

When this takes place there’s a hold while order is processing. Which normally means the order is pending until it is confirmed. It typically takes 1-3 days for order processing (sometime sooner).

 

I’m kind of confused on your size chart. My shoe size fluctuates, depending on shoe I can be a half or whole size. What should I do?

When struggling with this we believe you should pay attention to the material (under description) of the shoe. If you are a half size we ask the you go up a size. If you have anymore questions reach out to us at customerservice@diopuo.com

 

I received a defective item, how can I return?

We ask that all returns inquiries are emailed to returns@diopuo.com and also check out our returns policy.

 

I received the wrong beauty product, how do I exchange it seeing that you have a strict no returns policy for beauty products?

In the event that this happens we will correct our mistakes. This will be handled on a case by case basis. All errors on our behalf with orders should be sent to orders@diopuo.com and also check out our returns policy.

 

When do you restock items that are sold out?

If you would like to stay up to date and receive notifications before items sellout or when items restock you should sign up for our mailing list. There are exclusive offers just for our email subscribers, and they receive notifications of releases before the general public.

 

How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you need to cancel your order we ask that you email us immediately at customerservice@diopuo.com so that we can accommodate you immediately before order is shipped out. If order is shipped you will have to follow the returns policy protocol.
