Returns

We understand that you purchased from us in hopes to love your product, in the event that your order is not  to your expectation, you have 14 DAYS FROM DATE DELIVERED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM AT EQUAL VALUE FOR STORE CREDIT. Any items returned after 14 days from the date it was received will be returned back at the buyer's expense. ANY ITEMS RECEIVED DEFECTIVE HAS UP TO 21 DAYS TO BE RETURNED UNWORN. ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM WORN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS FOR SAME PRODUCT (IF ITS IN STOCK, IF NOT IN STOCK WE WILL EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE). Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Please keep in mind store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Store credit codes are good for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours processing time for our team to send your store credit code via email. Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. We do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship.

If you receive a defective product from us, please take a picture of the damages and email it to RETURNS@DIOPUO.COM

There is NO RETURN ON OPEN OR USED BEAUTY PRODUCTS.

 

Refunds

Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ISSUE OUT REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT OF EQUAL VALUE.

 

Cancellations

You are allowed to cancel your order BEFORE IT SHIPS FOR FULL REFUND. In the event, your order ships out before you get the chance to cancel it. Please send an email to RETURNS@DIOPUO.COM
